Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aauriga Quantrade, we strive to provide high-quality financial consulting and digital services. Because our services involve professional time, proprietary research, and administrative costs, we adhere to the following policy:

1. No Refund for Rendered Services

All services provided by Aauriga Quantrade—including but not limited to Tax Consulting, Real Estate Advisory, Loan Facilitation, and Insurance Advisory—are provided on a professional service basis. Once the consultation has been conducted or the service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions

For digital solutions such as Algo Trading setups, Demat account processing, or Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) access, payments are non-refundable. Once the digital access is granted or the account opening process has begun with the respective regulators/exchanges, the fee is considered earned.

3. Service Cancellation

• Consultation Appointments: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one consulting session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Ongoing Retainers: For ongoing business finance or tax services, clients may cancel their engagement by providing written notice as per the terms of their specific service agreement. However, payments for work already performed will not be refunded.

4. Third-Party Fees

Please note that any fees paid to third parties (e.g., SEBI registration fees, Exchange charges, Government taxes, Stamp duty for loans/real estate, or Insurance premiums) are governed by the respective third party’s refund policy. Aauriga Quantrade is not responsible for the refund of these external costs.
